Angie Mikhail has over 15 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner. She is passionate about quality patient-centered care and patient advocacy. Angie believes in empowering patients through education, empathy, and preventive care.
She is experienced in women’s health and has a passion for helping women improve and maintain their health and quality of life from adolescence through menopause.
Angie is a native of Southern California, raised in the South Bay. She studied at Mt. St. Mary’s College and UCLA. Angie started her nursing career in Pediatric Oncology, and her experience there provided a heightened perspective on gratitude, empathy, quality of life, and the importance of patient advocacy and education.
Angie then focused on Maternal Child Health and Women’s Health, working and volunteering in community clinics caring for underserved women and children. She has been a wonderful part of The Women’s Health Center team since 2013.
When Angie is not working, she spends time with family and friends, enjoying the beautiful weather by bike riding on the beach and staying active with her daughter. Angie is also a foodie, so she enjoys discovering new places.
